Rashid Talha

I am a PhD student in the Geometry and Mathematical Physics group at SISSA in Trieste, Italy.

I studied Mathematics as an undergraduate at NUST in Islamabad, Pakistan, and later completed the Postgraduate Diploma Programme in Mathematics at ICTP in Trieste. For my thesis at ICTP, I studied Riemannian holonomy groups under the supervision of Pavel Putrov. A full academic history is available in my CV.

I am primarily interested in differential geometry and topology, and their connections with physics, particularly gravitational physics.

Outside of maths and physics, I enjoy writing and coding. I also maintain an open-source repository of custom LaTeX class and header files that I use in my work.
